On-site registration will be available during the conference in the main lobby of the Bismarck Event Center.

On-site registration hours:
Tuesday, September 3rd                 1 pm – 5 pm
Wednesday, September 4th           8 am – 5 pm
Thursday, September 5th               8 am – 5 pm

Vendors

Vendor setup: 1 PM to 5PM Tuesday. 

A standard 10’x10’ booth includes pipe/drape, (1) uncovered 8’x30” table, 2 chairs, access to power, and wifi. Vendors can rent additional items such as table covers, extra tables, carpet, etc. from our Exhibitor Services person during move-in.

If you plan to have any items for your booths shipped to the Bismarck Event Center you have to ship them to Jobbers Convention Freight Services. (The Event Center does not accept direct freight shipments from vendors.) Information regarding shipping with Jobbers and a link to register with them is available here: https://www.bismarckeventcenter.com/p/plan-your-visit/exhibitor-information/exhibitors-rules. Of course, if you are just planning to bring all of your items to the building, you can disregard the Jobbers shipping info.

Also, our vendors will move in and out of the building via Door E52 on the east side of the Exhibit Hall. Please direct them to this door in any communication you have with them.en
